Delete your Mental Gymnasium account & data
Mental Gymnasium, by DataDevDesign, lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Follow either method below.
How to request account deletion
In the app (fastest):
- Open Mental Gymnasium and tap the Profile tab.
- Go to Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your data is erased immediately and you’re signed out of your account and the billing provider.
Don’t have the app installed? Request deletion using the form below:
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Tap Send deletion request — your email app opens with a pre-filled message.
- Send it. We verify ownership of the email and delete your account.
Request deletion by email
Enter the email address associated with your account so we can locate and delete it.
Your email app should now be open with a pre-filled request. Send it and we’ll take care of the rest.
If nothing opened, email privacy@mentalgymnasium.app directly.

What data is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:
- Your account and email identity
- Training history, Mental Fitness Score, streaks, and habits
- Preferences and settings stored for your account
- The subscription/purchase identifier linking your account to the billing provider
What data is kept, and for how long
We retain only the minimum required, and no longer than necessary:
- Purchase and tax records — up to 7 years where required by law, held by the App Store / Google Play and our billing provider (RevenueCat), not used to identify you in the app.
- Fraud-prevention and security logs — up to 90 days.
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics — retained indefinitely because it can no longer identify you.
We process and confirm verified deletion requests within 30 days.
About your subscription: deleting your account does not cancel an active
subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — cancel yours in the App Store or
Google Play before or after requesting deletion to stop future billing.
